What a fantastic service from start to finish. Really professional booking service with Ben who was so helpful and kept us informed in regard to the booking. On the day the minibus arrived on time, vehicle lovely and clean and Mike the driver was really personable and made us feel relaxed and welcome. You've saved the day for me! Our in-house driver had an emergency tooth extraction and you stepped in to do a next day train station shuttle for our event. Absolutely fantastic service! from my first email enquiry to the time of drop off at Gatwick the communication from Citilink was brilliant, I telephoned the office as Tui changed outr flight times, the gentleman I spoke to in the office changed the timings on our booking with no trouble at all, Confirmed all timings nearer the time,  WhatsApp notification was given with a tracking link on the morning of departure, Lucian our driver arrived on time, helped with all of our suitcases, a very smooth journey, his driving was great, Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, I would definitely use Citilink again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
